All orders with items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days using UPS ground or USPS first class mail unless otherwise requested.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available at additional charges. Please email info@jleealbums.com and let us know when expedited is needed. Orders are dropped shipped from New York City.

Backorders

Orders with items on backorder will be shipped as soon as the backordered items are in stock.

International Shipping

International shipments are available. The cost of shipping internationally is dependent on the country which we are shipping to. Please email us at info@jleealbums.com for an international shipping rate.

Shipping rates that are calculated on this site apply only to the continental US. For all other shipping locations, additional charges apply and will not be reflected until you receive your order.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is shipped.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any album damaged during shipping. Request for any replacements must be made within 30 days from the time the order was shipped. Please check the products as soon as they arrive at your studio.

But we will be happy to replace any item due to the rare occurrence of defective materials. Please contact customer service for assistance.
